Approach

A desk, not a platform.

High-ticket personal borrowing fails for structural reasons, not credit reasons. Our work is to remove those reasons before a lender ever sees the file.

01

Confidential brief

One conversation covering the outcome, the assets available, the timeline and the constraints you will not move on. No documents requested until there is a reason to request them, and nothing leaves the desk without written consent.

02

Structuring

We draft the shape of the facility before naming a lender: tenure, security, covenant tolerance, repayment trigger and the exit route. This is where most of the value is created — a well-shaped mandate is approved faster and priced better.

03

Selective syndication

Lenders are approached one at a time, in an order chosen for fit rather than speed. Your financials are never circulated to a panel. Where a lender declines, we know why before the next conversation begins.

04

Drawdown & stewardship

Documentation review alongside your counsel, disbursal coordination, and continued oversight of margin calls, covenant tests and refinancing windows for the life of the facility.

Questions we are asked

What is the minimum facility size OPULENT360 arranges?

Mandates typically begin at ₹5 crore and extend to ₹500 crore. Below that range, conventional private banking channels usually serve a borrower better, and we will say so.

Is OPULENT360 a lender?

No. OPULENT360 arranges and structures credit; it is not a lender and does not accept deposits. Every facility is issued by a regulated lender and remains subject to that lender's approval.

How long does a mandate usually take?

Bridge facilities can complete in five to ten days. Loans against securities typically run seven to twelve days, while promoter, property and cross-border structures take two to eight weeks depending on collateral and disclosure.

Will my financial information be circulated to multiple lenders?

Never without written consent, and never in parallel. Lenders are approached one at a time, in an order chosen for fit, and each approach requires your explicit approval.

How is OPULENT360 paid?

By an arrangement fee disclosed in writing before any lender is approached. We do not take undisclosed distribution commissions that would bias which lender we recommend.

Can you lend against offshore or trust-held assets?

Yes. We arrange facilities against offshore portfolios, foreign property and trust-held assets, coordinated with your tax and trust counsel on enforceability and currency exposure before a lender is approached.

The first step costs nothing but an hour.
